Shaare Mail is usually published on Thursdays. Materials submitted for publication consideration are due by noon the Tuesday before the date in which you would like your material published. Email your articles, using the Shaare Mail submission guidelines, to our editor.
Staff: Send Bulletin and Shaare Mail materials to Shandi Greve Penrod.
Temple groups: Send submission materials to Debbie Bram (except WOSE: please submit to Rosalie Stein)
Only Temple events and select related community events will be included.
We do not place advertisements in Shaare Mail. For advertising opportunities in The Bulletin, our monthly print newsletter, please contact Bob Swagman at Liturgical Publications, 800-950-9952, and tell him you're interesting in advertising in Congregation Shaare Emeth's Bulletin.

If an Event on the Temple/EMS Calendar Needs to be Changed/Updated
Resubmit the event to the EMS calendar with the updated details. Then, send Robert Colton an email asking him to delete the original, outdated event. Unfortunately, the Shaare Mail and Bulletin coordinator(s) don’t have the time to double-check every event with every person, so it's up to you to keep your events up-to-date without additional prompting.
I want to include everything everyone submits, and these are ways you can help me do that.
